How Many Fish?

I have a 14L fish tank and was wondering how many goldfish i could keep in there i have 3 already but there is a lot of room and was maybe thinking of adding one more but dont want to kill all of them by over crowding!! Any suggestions??

Well...14 L is equal to 3 1/2 gallons. Ideally, you need 10 gallons for every goldfish. So for 3? You need a 30 gallon tank or the equivalent to 114L.
Goldfish have a very high output of waste: through their gills, feces and urine and need a LOT of water changes and filtration.even at the 114L size. The average goldfish gets up to half a foot when well taken care of...some get larger. If you stunt them, their internal organs become damaged and you shorten their lifespan. In too small an aquarium, they will stunt and cause horrible water conditions.
kokosgoldfish.com is one of the best websites for goldfish care. Take a look :)
You could put one more in for sure.
for every inch long the aquarium is, you can have that many inches of fish (20 inch long tank, 20 inches of fish)
Take into account as well that some goldfish grow larger than the rest, for instance I have two Moors in my mix, and since they'll grow larger than the average, I discount a space extra for their growth, therefore I have two less than I am allowed according to strict ruling of one per gallon of water.
There are ways around it, but that means more water changes and extra filtration and aeration.
You have enough fish in your tank depending on the size of the goldfish naturally, but also bear in mind the size they can reach
i think 6!!!
You already have too many. Check out this site to help you determine what size tank you would need.

You have too many already. One goldfish for every ten gallons is recommended. One for every 5 gallons is the absolute maximum. They are extremely dirty fish and get rather large so make sure you have a good filter system and be prepared to get a larger tank if necessary. Good luck!
you have too many right now for gold fish the rule of thumb is 1 for every appox. 10 gals of water.
Dont set up a tank for the size of your fish NOW, think of it when its full grown. Goldfish grow up to a foot and are really messy. 14 l is only 3 gallons. one goldfish needs minimum ten, you need a bigger tank.
