Hello..right now many would fit IF they are all small as many are when you buy them..but they can grow to be very big... best to go to a fish store that deals just in fish ( not places like PerSmart %26 chances are you will see just how big they can get ..like 10 inches or more .. or do a net search of your fish, that will show you too, how big they can get... tho it takes quite a long time for them to get that big...it's not just the size of your tank..but the size of the fish as well...Take Care :)
Did you know Clown Loaches grow to 1 foot?

You could add 2 more, but it would be quite crowded.
It all depends on how many fish you have in your tank already, and if you want any other species of fish in your tank. You could probably fit 40-60 average sized fish. Remember, 1-2 gallons per fish.

One rule that you hear a lot is "one inch of fish per gallon"... THAT IS NOT TRUE!!! As long as you have an adequate filtration and aeration system, you will be fine.

If you want to have only clown loaches, you could probably fit around 50 4 inch loaches in your tank. I doubt thats what you had in mind, but you asked! :-)

Also, it takes around 10-15 years for a clown loach to grow 1 foot!
go to www.liveaquaria.com where you should be able to find your answer.
you can put lots in. 6 or 8 would be good if you want. know they can grow a foot but that takes years and in ten years of working in a fish store ive never seen one that big.
you can probally have about 9 and maybe some other smal fish
good luck~~~
3 is about the most you can have unless clown loaches are the only fish in the tank. If they are the only ones in the tank, then ONLY buy two more.
