How many feeder fish should i feed one full grown reb bellly piranhas and 2 babies at a time??

Feed the full grown one 3 and the babies will share 1.

i would suggest you put 3 in at a time otherwise you'll have squabbles over the feeders, resulting in you only having 1 adult and at best one severely damaged baby.

you can always net out whats not eaten.
