Answers:
not quite sure what a toman fish is, i did a search and came up with the local name of toman bunga, or the emperor snakehead/Channa marulioides. is this what you have? a snakehead? in which case, this particular snakehead gets to about 2ft long, or 60cm. which is a bit of a monster.

what size tank do you have him in? he's going to need a large tank.

edit: i was just looking around and found a stunning tiger snakehead, which has more of the stripes you were talking about, and also required grown men to have two hands to hold it up, see the third link below!
the can get up to 4ft but they will stay small in small aquariums and probibly die young.
This fish is also known as a snakehead. They get very large. The record is 130cm (50+ inches), but expect 100cm at least.
